Mr. Gee joined Peyto in 2001 as the VP Engineering and succeeded Don Gray as President of Peyto in 2006. He assumed the role of CEO on Jan. 1, 2007 and retired on Jan 1, 2023. Mr Gee received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 from the University of Alberta and worked as a Professional Engineer for Petro Canada, Anderson Exploration, Renaissance Energy and Husky in the past in various reservoir and exploitation engineering roles.

Mr. Gray is a co-founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gray is primarily engaged as President of Gray Capital Partners Inc., a private capital management company, since May 2007. Mr Gray is also Executive Chairman of Gear Energy. Mr. Gray holds a BSC in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has worked in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities since 1988. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 20,000 boe/day.

Jean-Paul (JP) Lachance joined Peyto in 2011 as VP Exploitation before being promoted to COO on Feb. 1 2018 and subsequently assumed the role of President and CEO on Jan. 1, 2023. Mr. Lachance has over 30 years of industry experience and held prior positions with ProspEx Resources Ltd., Marathon, and Chevron in various engineering and management roles. Mr. Lachance also serves as a member of the Board of Governors for The Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC). Mr Lachance is licensed professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and received a B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) in 1991 from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. MacBean is primarily engaged as Senior Managing Director of TriWest Capital Partners. Mr. MacBean is also a director of Diamond Energy Services LP. From 1995 through 1998, Mr. MacBean served as Controller and subsequently Senior Investment Analyst for ARC Financial Corporation. During this time Mr. MacBean also served as Vice-President, Finance for ARC Energy Trust. Prior to 1995, Mr. MacBean was the Manager of Financial Reporting and Taxation for Mannville Oil & Gas. Mr. MacBean received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. In 1993 Mr. MacBean received his C.A. designation from the Institute of Certified Professional Accountants. In February 2007 Mr. MacBean received his Chartered Directors (C. Dir) designation from McMaster University and the Gil Bennett Award for the outstanding graduating director at the annual governance awards.

Ms. Jocelyn McMinn is currently the Executive Vice President at Peloton Computer Enterprises Ltd., working closely with the COO and CEO to lead global business operations and corporate strategy. As a leader at Peloton, Ms. McMinn is a resource for cybersecurity best practices and remains knowledgeable of changing industry requirements. From 2021 to 2022, Ms. McMinn held the role of Product Manager, Peloton Frac, where she was responsible for all operational, financial and strategic aspects of the Peloton Frac division. Ms. McMinn cofounded Cevian Technologies Ltd. in 2019 and served as Managing Director until Cevian's acquisition by Peloton in 2021. From 2003 to 2019, Ms. McMinn held progressively advancing technical and managerial roles at Trican Well Service Ltd. Ms. McMinn is a Professional Engineer, holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an eMBA from Haskayne School of Business, and a Chartered Directors Designation from McMaster University. Ms. McMinn has been awarded Hart Energy's top 40 under 40 and the Daily Oil Bulletin's Rising Stars Class of 2020. Ms. McMinn is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Alberta.

Mr. Rossall joined the Peyto Board in 2019. He was previously the Executive Director, North America of Repsol SA, and the Senior Vice President, Canada at Talisman Energy Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Rossall was the President and Chief Executive Officer of ProspEx Resources Ltd. and Vice President, North Business Unit of Burlington Resources Canada Ltd. (formerly Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd.). Mr. Rossall has also served on the board of directors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, and the United Way of Calgary and Area, including terms as the Chair of both organizations.

Mr. Rossall earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) degree from the University of Waterloo and also attended the Harvard Business School (Program for Management Development). Mr. Rossall is a professional engineer and a member of APEGA.

Ms. Gerlach was a partner with Deloitte LLP from September 1996 to September 2017, where she practiced in the Assurance and Advisory group. Prior thereto, she held various positions within Deloitte LLP from the time she joined the firm in August 1982. During her 35-year career with the firm, Ms. Gerlach worked with numerous public oil and natural gas companies. Ms. Gerlach holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. Ms. Gerlach is a corporate director and a member of the board of directors of Birchcliff Energy Ltd.

Ms. Nicki Stevens is currently Vice President of Operations for Enhance Energy Inc., a company focused on CO2 sequestration supporting enhanced oil production in central Alberta. Previously she was Senior Vice President of Production, Marketing and ESG at Hammerhead Energy, until it was acquired in December 2023. Ms. Stevens has over 30 years of experience and prior to her role at Hammerhead, held various technical and leadership roles for Talisman Energy and Chevron Canada, focused on oil and gas development in the WCSB. Ms. Stevens has led teams responsible for exploitation, production optimization, safety, and ESG performance. Ms. Stevens also served as a member of the Board of Governors for The Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) until December 2023. Ms. Stevens is a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
